Returns

All returns must be sent through to info@keikistudio.co within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returns must be not been used or washed and in original packaging. We offer change of product or offer a store credit note. We can offer a refund or we can fix your item if it is faulty.

Returns are shipped back to Keiki Studio at your expense.

Once your return has been assessed and meets all the above we will issue you change of item or store credit.

If your return doesn't meet our returns policy your item/s will be sent back to you.
